    Hi I have installed Cognos 11.1.6. Right now everything looks good to me but i have a huge problem when I click
    (Manage - People - Accounts - Cognos Namespace) It just hangs up and i get a error ( 'Failed to Restore Request Object  Read Timed Out')
    I can not figure out why is this happening. Now I can not get access to Cognos security. Can some one please help me with it.  I am also attaching the screen shot for it. Thanks.
