  • 1.  Automatic Subtotal Lines in Crosstab

    Hi Folks,

    I have a requirement to build a report in CA over TM1.  There are columns for Year, Month and Version and comparatives of Actual v Budget and This Year vs Last Year. The rows are a set of P&L accounts that make up a summarised P&L. The set is defined in TM1. There is an attribute that we are using to display the Account Description from this ExploringTM1 post: Display TM1 Attributes in Cognos Analytics Crosstab - Exploring TM1

    So what we have is a very typical financial report. We now want to add borders below the subtotals from the crosstab. Please see the attached mockup of what I'm thinking about.

    I can't work out how to automatically insert the lines. Any ideas please?

    Hi,

    You can try using crosstab space between levels and formatting line color, border, etc.
