Background-
This is related smtp integration with Cognos. The Cognos version is 11.0.12 packaged as part of IoT for E&U as docker version. We have configured smtp in Cognos configuration window. Also verification is successful as attached.

If we schedule email notification with report attached in it no email is being sent by Cognos.
Hence need suggestion for troubleshooting . Can we identify whether the issue is with Cognos to initiate e-mail or Cognos is sending request but Smtp Server is not able to initiate mail.
