Role based Customization not working 11.1.4

    Installed new 11.1 R4

      1st issue Role based customization not working, 

    2nd issue wanted un check Show Welcome on home screen did anyone know how can we achieve ?

    Hi Veera. I tested this out here and it works for me. 
    1.) Try clearing browser cache (control-shift-delete to bring up the dialog)
    2.) Check the User's roles in the Personal Menu -> Personal -> Advanced -> Groups and Roles

    FYI: If your user has System Administrator rights they will have access to all options, regardless of any other roles they are in.

    Hi @TREVOR COMEAU, in the 11.1.4 version is there a tool that would show administrators the order in which the roles are applied? ​We are on 10.0.13 and unfortunately under My Preferences, Groups and Roles the groups and roles are sorted in alphabetical order and not by the priority. Any report or tool would be appreciated to aid with this process. Is there a way to ask for this feature if still not available?

    Yes, we are achieved the requirement  .

    if you have two or more role based customization in your environment  & user belongs to two or more roles , then use Priority  which you want to apply .

    *** Customization depends on what exactly you are trying to achieve .

    in my case i have scenario where i need to remove default home page & disable job option.
