    Is there a way to view active users and dates of logging into Cognos Analytics?

    Hi Deb,

    If you have it installed, this info is logged into the Cognos Audit Database.

    If you don't have it inst​alled, it is highly recommended.

    Hi Deb,

    Thanks for your questions? The database does exist in the Cognos Cloud version and is audit is fully enabled.

    Having said that, access to the database is not open to users due to separation of tenants. There are ways to surface this data for a particular tenant. Let us know what and why you need, to ensure we answer and provide the right solution.

    Hi Deb,
    If your using a cloud instance, you must contact support to create a case. They will coordinate with cloud ops to ensure you get the access you need.
