  • 1.  Creating Job Schedule in MY Content

    Hello All,

    A user is trying to create a job with 3 report views and wants to schedule them to run in the morning. This is in "my content". Attached is the screenshot. it says "your credentials are required to complete this operation". An then when clicked on "Renew", there is a dialog box that prompts " "we can't create schedule right now". Any idea why this is happening.

    Try under My Preferences > Personal Tab > Advanced > Credentials > Renew

    Which CA version and what role(s) is the user in? I can do a quick test.

    CA 11.1.1
    The user  belongs to a group called "InvenSecurity" thats coming from the AD namespace. The report view that the user is creating to "My Content" is coming from a  "Supply Chain" folder, that has InvenSecurity with "Run" permissions.

    We're at v11.0.13 and our user's credentials automatically renew when they log in. This article may help you.
