    ​Could not generate a PDF file of a particular Policy id,using the "Policy-PDF" funtion and received the following message:

    An error occurred while performing operation 'sqlScrollBulkFetch' status='-9'.

    Please see attached file for details.

    Hello Vishal,

    the key note in this message is: The file system is full. 
    Check disk and temp space on database end as well the IBM Cognos environment.

    Thanks for the information, the disk space is on the IBM cloud itself.
    Then I will have to reach IBM for that.

    The Db2 client is reporting that the Db2 server is throwing the error.

    Your query is running out of server (Db2 server) side resources.
