Hello Cognos Community!
My name is Jenny and I'm a researcher for Cognos Analytics. I am currently looking to conduct research with the following types of users:
1) Novice to intermediate Cognos users who are currently creating simple dashboards or reports but still require guidance and support
2) Advanced users who are familiar with providing support and guidance for novice- intermediate users within their organization
We would love to hear more about your pain points and needs in learning how to use Cognos or in supporting beginner users on how to use Cognos.
This session will be about an hour long and will take place in the next two weeks over a video call. If you qualify, you may be eligible to receive a compensation of $120/hour depending on the type of your organization.
