On Cognos connection, when I click on Manage->Licenses, it shows license counts.
That count doesn't sync with our users in Cognos groups.
I checked capabilities to see if any group other than what we assign users to exist and they all are okay.
Anonymous and Everyone are disabled.
However, license count doesn't go down.
I checked cmobjprops33 and the users we removed from managed groups still exist there as using License 1 (Analytics Users).
Where else to check?
Is there a SQL to get roles assigned to these users in content db? I can query groups and roles but not capabilities and any other things that may make them look like licensed users.
