Cognos Analytics

We are using a jdbc connection to a SQL database for a Dataserver connection.

The issue we have is that unless we use the SQL 'sa' login credentials, no schemas are loading. 

We get the error 'MSR_GEN_0071 Internal error getting catalogs and schemas for: "Test MT Schema"'

Obviously we dont want to expose the whole DB structure to CA.

Has anyone else had this issue? if so how did you solve it.

We are on 11.1.2 in production. The same issue exists on 11.1.1.

Most likely its a permissions issue when trying to load the schemas using a different ID.
Alternatively you could use the load options to control what is loading
