  • 1.  How can I invite another persons to my created dashboards?

    Hi:

    Im trying to invite my team to my created dashboards, but I still can not.

    Im inviting them as this way:

    And he received this error:

    Also, I cant create a folder in Team Content, any ideas with that?

    Hi Octavio,

    What is the version and environment? I asked the sharing question in December when I was using the 11.1 cloud trial. The OM said sharing isn't available (yet) in the multi-tenant trial environments.

    Hey everyone,

    Thanks for posting to the community! 

    To share content with others on this instance:

    1. Please make sure all your content (data model and dashboard for example) are in Team Content before sharing

    2.  Ensure all those that you want to access your content have at least READ permissions on both the Team content folder housing your assets as well as the assets themselves.
