Recently we've implemented an SSO enabled namespace within our IBM hosted Cognos Analytics on Cloud environment. The environment is 11.1.3.
SSO works and users are able to login and see reports, run reports.
However, we have some Cognos jobs which were relying on the functionality of trigger.bat, delivered with FM and CA install.
This was configured and working with our old LDAP namespace. However it seems that trigger.bat cannot be invoked correctly or at all when trying to auth through to the SSO enabled namespace.
I'm wondering if anyone out there has faced this and found a way around it or has been able to invoke a Cognos job, which relies on a trigger, to fire and execute the job.
The solution can be anything, API, trigger.bat, anything.
