Analytics v11.0.13 Extension for Shared Report Views

We are currently working with Analytics 11.0.13, to preface the situation:

When we migrated from Cognos 10 to an earlier version of Cognos 11 (and have since upgraded to 11.0.13 FP3), We implemented the team content folder to mimic our Cognos 10 design as much as possible.  There is a system root folder "Consumer Root" that is in essence "Team Content", with Enterprise level folders underneath.  The content of the enterprise folders is not modifiable by Enterprise team members and have report links to common reports that are housed outside of the Consumer root folder (so a single report can be used by multiple enterprise organizations).  Each Enterprise folder can then have subfolders for organizational purposes.

Each Enterprise folder is for a different customer (groups of users of various unrelated organizations), and each enterprise folder is hidden from the others via folder permissions.  So a user only sees their Enterprise folder.  When a user logs in, they are immediately moved to their organization's enterprise folder and are restricted from going "up the tree" to the consumer root folder.

Right now, users can create report views and save them in their my content area, as normal.  However, we have an enhancement request for users to be able to create, edit and save report views into the "organizational" sub folders.

We attempted to see if this is possible by our generic user.  However, it appears that when creating a report view, the save-as dialog has no way to change the directory to the organizational subfolder by either traversing the directory tree, or by typing in the name directly.

Is there an extension with 11.0.13 currently in existence that will allow us to retain our design paradigm while also allowing the cognos save-as dialog to be able to access the sub-folder so our users can share their report views, right now, it seems to be locked out.

Or is there any way that users can give other's access to their my content folders (including the ability to edit objects within).

    Any assistance would be appreciated.
