    Hello all,
Yesterday I was in this dashboard and it was working as expected.  This morning I went in to view the dashboard and it opened, but was grey and blank, except the tabs were still present.  I clicked on the Edit Icon, and nothing happens,  The package doesn't show up and nothing seems to change.  Other dashboards appear as they usually do.  I am an administrator and I have not done any changes within this environment.  I thought it was Chrome because of ongoing issues with CA working then not working, then working whenever a new release occurs, but this appears to be happening across all browsers, Firefox included.

Anyone else experience this?  I have restarted the service in hopes that perhaps there was something eating up resources, but no change.

Any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks!

Hi Jeff, we're sorry to see you're experiencing this.

I would suggest opening a case with IBM Support so they can walk through some troubleshooting with you, if you have not done so already.

In the meantime, we can try some things. Based on your message I'm assuming you've attempted to clear your browser cookies / cache. Have you tried using a Private Window to see if there is a browser extension or setting influencing what you are seeing?

I just finished solving an issue with dashboards and 11.1.5 after applying a fixpack.  Has a fixpack been applied to your 11.1.5 environment?  Support helped identify that the query service was crashing due to inadequate java heap size for the query service - bumping up the size in the configuration solved the issue.  Our symptoms were not exactly the same - dashboard might run once and then all the visualations would say " metadata not available" the next time.
