  • 1.  2 Planning Analytics Cubes on 1 Dashboard

    Good Morning. 
    We are struggling to get PA packages to work with dashboards where data is coming from multiple cubes. We can get 1 widget to function, but adding a 2nd from another source gives a query error. How can we get widgets that use different cubes onto the same dashboard? How can we create a filter/selector to control the dashboard where the cubes share common dimensions, time for example.

    I tested using 2 PA cubes in a dashboard in separate widgets and it works as expected.​ I've tested using CA 11.1.1. What version are you using?

    Looking into this in more detail it seems like this occurs when we use the "old" TM1 connector. I have not tested this using the new REST connector. When I create 2 widgets with a tab filter this is the error I get.

    I did not test adding a common dimension to the filter tab. I thought the issue was just dragging on 2 dimensions into 2 different widgets. I don't think this is supported with using a PA connection, but I'll test and get back to you.

    I've tested this out and it does not look possible to filter multiple cubes/visualizations in a dashboard with a common dimension.
