  • 1.  Drill through from Dashboard to report (11.1.6)

    Hi community,

    I'm using CA 11.1.6 and have setup a drill through from a dashboard to a report but there is no option to set the report format when drilling through from a dashboard. I want the target report to render straight in PDF. I set the format of the report to PDF from report properties, but that did not help. 

    I do not think IBM has built this functionality into the latest version yet, so wanted to know if anyone has tried to drill through from a dashboard to a report in a format other than HTML? If so, can you please share the approach you took?

    We ran into this earlier and we were told the default output is html when drilling from a dashboard to a report is html.  If you add the drill through report and it is selected then you can choose a different output, if you aren't using a linking.

    Thanks Jo Marie. That was my guess too, but just wanted to run it by the community once as well.

    Hopefully IBM will add this functionality to the product soon.
