    Hi,
    I'm hoping to find some help/options on how to resolve an issue. I'm converting and upgrade which includes a new network (completely new domain name etc)  and application upgrade. We were on BI 10.2 for the Cognos Controller version 10.2 but in the process of needing to convert networks, I had to upgrade to CA11.1 and Controller 10.4. We have encountered an issue with the Cognos Controller Content Manager which I've been advised is because all of the admins etc are tied to the old network. I've run the SQL Script to add the "Everyone" object in attempt to be able to access it on the new network, but it is still returning the message "aaa-aut-0013 user already authenticated in all available namespaces". I have to be live in about a week and I do not know what other steps can be taken to fix it. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this working?
