"Happy Place" - What data attributes are stored in your Operational System

I would like some feedback on how much data is stored in your operational database.  How many phone numbers, email addresses, and physical addresses do you keep on a customer's record?  We are struggling to find our "Happy Place" on how much data to store.

Hi Shelley,
      Below is the response from one of our subject experts.  

There isn’t really a hard answer here. For phone number etc. I would say the typical number is around 5 but several customers keep an unlimited number (largely regulated industries and law enforcement).

Hi Shelley,
    I believe this would potentially come down to best practices that are industry specific-Can you please clarify which industry we are talking about in this case?
