Business Automation Insights (BAI) helps organizations turn their operational data into insights for better decision-making. The December 2025 release continues to evolve BAI, making the customer experience more intuitive and resilient. This release focuses on - enhancing Business Performance Center for better usability, streamlining deployment options, and strengthening operational reliability. Together, these updates help organisations work more efficiently, maintain consistency across environments, and ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations.
1. Real-Time Data with ‘Latest’ Aggregation
The Business Performance Center now includes a ‘Latest’ aggregation feature, which automatically displays the most recent value for any numeric field based on its timestamp. You no longer have to look through old records to find the most current data. This makes monitoring real-time changes easier and enables quick, informed decision-making.
2. Quick & Easy Dashboard Filter Editing
Expanding on the dynamic dashboard filters introduced earlier, BAI 25.0.1 now allows you to edit filters directly – You will no longer need to delete and recreate them. This enhancement saves time and simplifies dashboard management, giving you more flexibility in customizing your views.
3. Deployment on Tanzu
BAI now supports deployment on VMware Tanzu, helping you stay aligned with your enterprise Kubernetes strategy. This provides flexibility and consistency across your cloud-native environments.
4. Proactive Monitoring with IBM Instana
BAI is now integrated with IBM Instana giving you complete visibility into your BAI environment. This powerful addition helps you proactively manage performance, resolve issues faster, and reduce downtime, ensuring smooth operations for your business.
5. Zero Downtime with Rolling Updates
BAI now supports Rolling Updates, enabling zero downtime during upgrades. Pods are replaced gradually, ensuring uninterrupted access for critical business operations while updates are applied seamlessly.
