IBM recently announced that support for all IBM Z software products and offerings is migrating to a new user friendly support site that will replace the IBM Service Request Tool during the summer of 2019, including your Db2 for z/OS Client Success Team. After the migration, all new and existing Db2 for z/OS support cases will be managed through the new site. Update: The migration completed on Sunday, July 28, 2019 at 9:00 PM US Eastern Time.
