We are pleased to announce the general availability of IBM^® Semeru Runtimes^™ (Open Edition and Certified Edition) point release (.1) for the 1Q26 quarterly updates (v8.0.482.1 (Open Edition only), v11.0.30.1, v17.0.18.1, v21.0.10.1 & v25.0.2.1). The binaries for IBM Semeru Runtime Certified Edition has been made available on our standard distribution sites as on 16th Feb 2026 and Open Edition has been made available on our standard distribution sites as on 27th Feb 2026. This point release delivers the latest security fixes for bundled OpenSSL. Please refer to IBM Semeru Runtimes Release Notes for additional details.

Important Notice: Starting from this release, the packages of the IBM Semeru Runtime Open Edition follows new naming convention as we communicated in one of our previous announcements. The details can be found here.
