What My Day Looks Like:
No two days are the same, but here’s a snapshot:
- I start my day by reviewing priorities, checking new legal requests, and aligning with colleagues on ongoing projects.
- I spend time working on commercial contracts, corporate legal matters, compliance topics, and supporting strategic business initiatives.
- I collaborate with software developers, business teams, management, sales, product teams, and external legal advisors.
- I solve problems such as negotiating complex agreements, managing legal risks, and finding pragmatic solutions that enable the business while ensuring compliance.
A Real Moment from My Day:
Recently, I supported a strategic business initiative involving multiple stakeholders and complex contractual requirements. It reinforced the importance of balancing legal risk with business objectives and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve practical solutions.
