The IBM Community Survey was a great success. Our members really stepped up in sharing opinions and ideas this year and we appreciate your help in making the community better by offering your suggestions. Your feedback will be the foundation for ongoing changes and updates throughout the year. We’ll provide updates as we work to progress our many plans.

This is pretty interesting, I cant agree more with the facts present here. Customer data should be protected and IBM is making sure to do the best for it. Also Ecommerce business is changing companies should make sure to take up initiatives to provide exceptional technology to this sector from banking, finance, and to luxury.
