OpenSearch integration
IBM watsonx.data now integrates with OpenSearch service enabling search and analytics capabilities on lakehouse-managed data. OpenSearch is an open source search and analytics engine that is designed to help you explore, analyze, and visualize large volumes of data in real time. It is built for use cases like log analytics, full-text search, application monitoring, and security event analysis. Enhanced Quick Start Wizard
You can now quickly set up watsonx.data instance using the enhanced Quick Start Wizard in just a few steps. This experience helps you to configure core infrastructure components based on their primary goal—either optimizing cost‑efficient data processing with Spark or running scalable analytics using Presto and Spark together.
