Alexandre works with support on z/OS System, WebSphere Application Server and Web Server for z/OS. He has previously worked with these two products (WAS and Web Server) on Unix (Solaris and AIX) and Linux (Red Hat) environments.
In his free time, Alexandre has a thirst for adventure and jokes that to "support" his daily jobs, challenges, requests, complaints...he goes skydiving on the weekends! He says it's the best way to re-energize and bring his A-game to work!
That's one way to destress, Alexandre--we love your style!

Tony has worked at Nationwide Insurance for 20 years, currently driving the adoption of Business Process Management and Operational Decision Management for the company. He has led tool installation, COE creation, application development, support, and trained all resources for their roles. He also manages all aspects of the project lifecycle including marketing, ideation, final delivery, and support.
Tony is also a key member of the Tech Rovers disruption team. He was hand selected by senior management to be the lead of an innovation task force that is becoming a model for future teams to follow. He led the creation and adoption of chatbots, and now augmented reality at his company. Humorously, he talked his way into being a key spokeperson working with numerous internal innovation teams across the company. He specializes in blending innovation and disruption to deliver enterprise-wide transformational technologies to his business customers.
Thought for the day: "If you are taking years to deploy something disruptive, it is not disruptive."
