We are delighted to announce that we will be running the 2026 IBM EMEA Sterling
Order Management User Group meeting on 25th and 26th March. We are pleased
to confirm that our event next year will be in person hosted by IBM Spain in Madrid.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about client success stories, share
experiences and hear about the Sterling OMS and related software from our product
management team.

We are currently planning the agenda for the event this year and welcome your
thoughts. In previous user group meetings, we had OMS customers such as Pandora,
GEODIS, Burberry, adidas, J Lewis, Dr Martens, G-Star, M&S, Rensa and The Very
Group presenting and sharing their experiences.

Please let us know if you will be happy to present some aspect of your company
journey with Sterling OMS.

We will also have sessions led by IBM experts to engage on key topics such as
AgenticAI. If there are certain areas that you are interested in knowing more, please
get in touch with your suggestions, and we will take these into consideration as we
plan out our sessions.
