Java Requests for Enhancements have moved to IBM Ideas

Please note that as of March 17, 2022, all existing Java RFEs from the IBM Request For Enhancement (RFE) Community have been migrated to the IBM Z Software Ideas portal based on Aha!. Any new RFE is to be opened in the new IBM Ideas Portal based on Aha!.
