Terms and Conditions

The following terms apply to all three promotions:

Eligibility

• Available to IBM Cloud Clients new to deploying into Madrid, Osaka, and Sao Paolo IBM Cloud Data Centers
• Must have an IBM Cloud and promotion activated

Promotion Restrictions

• Cannot be combined or stacked with other promotions, discounts, or offers
• Not applicable to Confidential Computing profiles
• GPU-based profiles are not eligible for this promotion

Capacity

• Offer is available while Capacity and Supplies last

IBM Cloud does not guarantee service capacity within all multizone regions associated with this promotion. Availability is subject to regional capacity and inventory constraints.

Promotion Duration

• Eligible services receive the promotional discount for 12 months
• Promotion codes are available for a limited time only
• Current promotion availability is scheduled to expire on December 31, 2026 
• IBM reserves the right to end the promotion earlier if available promotional capacity is exhausted
