Tip: Manually refresh outdated application detailsIf a public’s application version or metadata in the MaaS360 App Catalog does not match the latest store version, open the application’s App Summary page and select Refresh App Details. This does not necessarily force the application to update immediately on managed devices as it also depends on the settings set for each app.
Learn MoreTrick: Check device history before collecting logsThe history view can show whether the action is pending, failed, timed out, or completed. It may also display an error description, helping you determine whether the problem is with the device communication, policy evaluation, or installation before requesting logs. To do so, navigate in MaaS360 to the device record> Summary> History.
Learn MoreApple Enhanced Log Collection with IBM MaaS360MaaS360 can remotely trigger enhanced diagnostics logging on supervised Apple Devices. The action requires an authorized token supplied by AppleCare support. Logs are collected with minimal physical access or user involvement and uploaded directly to Apple. Administrators can also cancel an active enhanced logging session from MaaS360.
