The NS1 Connect Ideas Portal is where you submit, vote on and track feature requests directly with the NS1 Connect product team. Your idea goes straight to the product managers who own the product, no support ticket, no account manager relaying it secondhand. Every submission is visible, trackable and considered.

How to Use the Ideas Portal

Step 1: Access the Portal

Log in to your NS1 Connect account and click the Ideas Portal button on your dashboard, or go straight to ideas.ibm.com.

Step 2: Search Before You Submit

Search first — if someone already requested it, vote on theirs instead. High vote counts carry more weight.

Step 3: Submit Your Idea

Click ‘Add new idea’, pick your product and category, then describe the problem you’re trying to solve. The more detail, the better.

Step 4: Vote and Comment

Vote on ideas you care about and comment to add context on your use case.

Step 5: Track Your Submissions

You will get an initial response within 30 days and a full update on next steps within 90 days.
