UPDATE - Availability of IBM Cognos Analytics 11.1.5

IBM Cognos Analytics 11.1.5 was released shortly before the Holidays in December, 2019. Unfortunately, a short time thereafter, an issue with the display of labels in mapping was reported. This issue was specific to running the product in certain locales, but for those locales, the issue was serious enough that we needed to take the difficult decision of recalling the 11.1.5 release.

We have addressed the issue and have built another kit which is undergoing testing. We plan to have a replacement version available on Passport Advantage sometime next week.

ps you only need to reload the server component. The others didnt change. Again, unacceptable that you can only find out about this via user comments in a blog..

yes it was rereleased and is now working. im pretty sure the old version had more problems than they admitted. The old version had serious performance issues on our first tests. Luckily the new version is much better. Still, note that responsiveness in IE has dramatically decreased. Best to switch your users to Chrome. Also note, this release still has “v1.1.4” in the license notes.. Very confusing. Also, be careful, the 11.1.5 samples are by default in... Chinese. These things should never be acceptable for an official release.
