🔍 Current Behavior (By Design)

Maximo follows a user-centric time zone model:

• Work Order times are primarily based on the User’s Time Zone
• Even when a PM record has a time zone associated, the system still generates Work Orders based on the user’s default time zone
• This ensures consistency from a user perspective

✔️ This behavior is correct and expected
❗ But not always ideal for global operations

In multi-region environments, different business scenarios require different logic.

Example:

• PM created for Middle East operations (UTC+3)
• User generating WO from India (IST)
