Important Update on Japan Street Map Data

Due to a licensing restriction, street map data in maps powered by Mapbox will no longer be available in Cognos Analytics for Japan regions.

Japan maps will still be available to use without street map data, but when a user selects a map layer that formerly contained street maps data, the street maps data will not display for Japan locations. Examples are shown in the attached images.

These changes are planned to begin to take effect Oct 2023.

Exception: Legacy maps are unaffected by this change.
