IBM Cognos Analytics with Watson now supports embedding both Cognos Reports and Cognos Dashboards to Microsoft Teams tabs!

By popular demand, IBM Cognos Analytics with Watson 11.2.4 added the Report Integration for Microsoft Teams. Together with the dashboard integration, Cognos users on Microsoft Teams can easily share their Cognos assets with their working groups on Microsoft Teams by pinning Cognos dashboards/reports to the shared Teams workspace. Users within the same channel/group chat can conveniently locate the pinned report or dashboard in the chat and start collaborating on the Cognos content!

Embed Cognos Reports to your Teams Workspace
To embed a Cognos Report, click on “Add a tab” in your workspace and find the “Cognos Analytics” App. The App works for both embedding dashboards and reports.
Log in with your Cognos credentials and select the asset you want to pin to the workspace.

Start collaborating with your teams on the Cognos reports! Chat participants' data authorization is aligned with Cognos authorization, so your data access is safely governed. You may also use the built-in chat and @ function to notify others in the chat for easier collaboration.
