Thank you for attending our webcast "Gain visibility and control of your file transfer environment with Control Center 6.1"   We received more questions than we could answer, so we are posting the answers in this forum.   If you have additional questions, please post them below and I will answer them.

    1. Can we monitor the House Keeping BP's/Services (Index, Purge, Backup) of SI in ICC ?
ANSWER - ICC will not monitor B2Bi System Business processes

    2. I know we can monitor W3C, IIS, XFER logs of FTP Server. But, can we also monitor the AWE logs of FTP Servers?
ANSWER - If the AWE log has a format that can mapped to one of the supported FTP log type, like xferlog, then AWE can be monitored. See https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS4Q96_6.1.1/com.ibm.help.scc.configure.doc/scc_configuring_an_xferlog_format.html for more information. Otherwise, an RFE should be opened to request that we support AWE log format.

    3. Hi, how can we use the new ICC to monitor for live data transfer?
ANSWER - That would require someone to utilize the Web console queued process view. Look at the details of one that's running and refresh that view repeatedly until it is no longer a queued, live, process.

    4. Can we run the BP's that fail be restarted from ICC?
ANSWER - Yes, please see the article https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS4Q96_6.1.1/com.ibm.help.scc.monitor.doc/SCC_Restart_Integrator_Process.html. The web console, when showing completed process details for BPs, has a button to restart/run the BP being displayed.

    5. Can we customize the "File Transfer Activities" section in the dashboard?
ANSWER - No, there is no customization available for the File Transfer Activity dashboard item.

    6. Can we monitor the Correlation Data (SenderID, ReceiverID, Interchange ID) of B2B Integrator in ICC?
ANSWER - That data - SenderID, ReceiverID, Interchange ID of SI, is most likely in a BP's process data, and yes, ICC is able to collect process data – user's must tell ICC what part of process data to collect for each BP, and subsequently include it in the event data that results from monitoring those BPs.

Thank you for the great questions.   If you have additional questions, please post them below and I will be happy to answer them.
