With over 20 years of experience enhancing corporate development and integrating best practices for IBM, I have established a reputation for expertise in industry trends and market conditions, repeatedly demonstrating results in product marketing, cost controls and reduction, budget administration, staff acquisition and retention, key account development, and sales performance. This business acumen has granted me rarified status in the 100% Club in 16 of the last 19 years with IBM.

My current leadership role places me on the cutting edge of IBM’s new Digital Business Automation brand, managing a business team in relationships with over 3000 clients that produce annual revenues of $1.2B. The challenge involves skillful interpretation and management of KPIs while carefully navigating cultural differences and ensuring compliance with diverse legal technicalities which vary dramatically from country to country.
