Zach joined IBM as an Expert Labs RPA and BPM Consultant five years ago. He currently Leads the Americas WDG Automation Program Leader. When he is not doing his day job, you can usually find him working on patents and helping others get involved in IP at IBM.Zach has over 100 patents filed with the US Government.
