Sven Hapke, Leading Technical Sales Professional, IBM
Sven Hapke is a Senior IT Specialist acting as Business Automation (BA) Architect in Germany. He joined IBM in 1995, and has more than 22 years of experience in the field of Business Automation and ECM. He workes as Client Technical Professional and supports BA Expert Labs during project delivery, both as a programmer in the ECM space and as a solution architect for BA solutions. Currently, Sven acts as an BA solution architect for bigger clients in Germany, focussing on IBM Robotic Process Automation, Process Mining as well as ECM components. He is a focal point for BA cloud solutions in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Sven holds a diploma in Computer Science from the University of Bremen.
