Naresh Vyas has over 20 years experience in financial services including roles at Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, and Standard Chartered Bank prior to joining the NatWest group. He has a proven track record of delivering innovative capabilities into large financial services institutions, being awarded with the Best Digital Bank at both Citi and Standard Chartered. He is responsible for driving and introducing new ideas into production, working closely with the architecture, data and CTO teams to ensure the safe passage of innovation activity into the hands of our customers. NatWest Group, under his leadership, has deployed multiple innovative solutions internally and to customers, such as in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Enterprise Social, and Cyber Security. Naresh is also supporting the bank’s Innovation Education initiatives, which includes presenting at various bank events, partnering with Universities, and hosting NatWest Group executives in major startup ecosystems, such as Silicon Valley, Israel, and in the UK FinTech community.

Jerry Cuomo is an American software engineer who has worked for IBM since 1987. Holding the title of IBM Fellow, Cuomo is known as one of the founding fathers of IBM WebSphere Software, a software framework and middleware that hosts Java-based web applications. Cuomo has filed for over 50 US patents and has been cited over 3000 times. His most visible patent is the first use of the "Someone is typing..." indicator found in instant messaging applications (U.S. Patent 5,990,887). At IBM, Cuomo has led projects in the areas of: Blockchain, APIs, cloud computing, mobile computing, Internet of Things, web server performance & availability, web security, web caching, edge computing, service-oriented architecture and REST. Cuomo is the co-author of the book, Blockchain for Business, that illustrates how blockchain technology is re-imagining many of the world’s most fundamental business interactions and opening the door to new styles of digital interactions that have yet to be imagined. In March 2016 and 2018, Cuomo was called upon by the United States government as an expert witness to testify to US Energy and Commerce Committee on Digital Currency and Blockchain.During his 2016 testimony Cuomo urged the Obama administration to adopt Blockchain as a primary means to protect citizen identity and to enhance national security. His testimony can be seen on YouTube. Cuomo is currently the VP & CTO of the new IBM Automation business unit, where he is driving the technical strategy for AI-powered automation and hosts the podcast the Art of Automation.

Ritu Jyoti is Program Vice President, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Research with IDC's software market research and advisory practice. Ms. Jyoti is responsible for leading the development of IDC's thought leadership for AI Research and management of the Worldwide AI Software research team.Her research focuses on the state of enterprise AI efforts and global market trends for the rapidly evolving AI and Machine Learning (ML) innovations and ecosystem. Ms. Jyoti also leads insightful research that addresses the needs of the AI technology vendors and provide actionable guidance to them on how to crisply articulate their value proposition, differentiate and thrive in the digital era.

Ritu Jyoti is a trusted advisor to some of world's largest technology firms and end-users. Prior to this role, she was Program Vice President, Systems Infrastructure Research Portfolio for IDC's Cloud IaaS, Enterprise Storage and Server team. She expanded IDC’s research on Infrastructure for AI & Analytics, launched a competitive market "Data services for hybrid cloud", and delivered compelling "Digital Transformation – IT Transformation" framework for Data Infrastructure Services. She was also the lead analyst for a couple of technology vendors consulting engagements, where she delivered ground-breaking research to drive their business transformation, re-enforcing IDC's position as the go-to thought leader in the industry.
