Blueworks Live

Hi,

I'm currently setting up some workflows for Process Owners to review their process maps and sign-off if they are correct.

Setting up the workflow is fine, but I can find any reporting which will tell me, how many workflows have been sent, how many maps have been signed off and how many workflows are still open.

Is there such a report in Blueworks Live? Ideally it will be a data pull into something like Excel.

Hi Dean, there are 2 ways to look at history of the Process Apps today:

1. The Work tab: History of Completed Tasks. This isn't visible to admins at the moment though, just the task owner. This is the same with the My Processes tab. Visibility to admins is something that is being investigated at the moment but there is no target date for the release of that feature. We are tracking that feature enhancement request here: https://bigblue.aha.io/ideas/ideas/BWL1-I-505.

      For admins, I would suggest using the "Stats" tab for now that shows the process and task stats along with charts. It also has an option to export the charts to Excel:
      
2. Within the menu for a Process, you can go to the Work History and see all the past approvals launched against that Process. Admins can go into the Process from here and view the history of approvals for each instance:
