    The Manage Query does not appear after being created as shown in the picture
    my version :23.0.16

    i created this query and press ok

    I'm afraid I haven't used the Report tool that much, so I'm not sure what might be going on there. What I suggest you do, if you are still struggling, is to open a support ticket on https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/. They will surely be able to help you.
