    Hello everyone,

I want to diagram a process with two starting events, one with a timer and the other one with the usual starting event, I've tried to do this but it's been not possible, so I would like your help on how to do this in BW.
Please see attached image to see a similar example, not quite 100% accurate, but close to this (Event 1 is a timer and Event 2 is a normal starting followed by activities)

    Appreciate your help with this.

    Thanks and regards.

    Hi Ivan

You can do this by adding a  timer start event AFTER the first activity. Click the '+' on the wire after the first activity, expand the icon palette and select the 'Start Timer' event (last but one in the palette). Then you can rearrange the model to show what you need.

    Have fun

It is possible to add multiple start events to a process, but you have to do what we refer to as "faking the system out".

Insert one or two new activities that you will end up deleting. insert the start event between these activities. Once the start event is added delete the activities that you don't need.
