    Hallo,

    I have installed RPA Studio, having problem with access.

    Username and passwords are entered correctly, however I am getting the following error message: "You don't have permission to log into this app"

    Can you please help?

    Hello,
    When a new environment is created, the first user is created with the "Tenant Administrator" rule, who does not have permission to log into IBM Studio. Then you must Add all other rules to your username, to have access to 100% of the platform.
