Hello Per Salomonsson do you have anythig attached to your F12 key ? (OneDrive, Screenshot,Nvidia ?) This may be the problem.

Just wanted to verify that we have the same issue with 23.0.9, 23.0.8 works perfectly. We have tried on multiple computers running Server 2019 and 2022 and the error is there consistently.

If you only have one listed there, then it's already being used by your system, there's no need for further action.
I searched and it seems that there is no documentation about this problem being detected previously (not in Known issues and limitations), so I suggest you create a support ticket through IBM Support.

A long time ago I had issues due to hybrid GPUs. I had to configure Windows to use the integrated GPU on IBM RPA to fix it. It might be a long shot, but something you can try if you have an integrated GPU and also a discrete one after trying other options... I've seen what you described happen in an older version of IBM RPA, but since you are on the latest already, updating won't help.

Running on Windows 11, IBM RPA Studio (trial version) 23.0.9.
After looking at previous, similar posts, I have confirmed my screen display is at 100%, 1920x1080. I have also confirmed that the PrtSc key is disabled (won't invoke Snipping tool).
When I click on Start Recording, the menu item changes to Stop Recording, but no recording menu bar appears. Also, when I click on Stop Recording, it just blinks, but remains as Stop Recording. If I click on "Start" (even though there are no commands), RPA prompts "Recorder running. Do you want to close it and run the script?" I respond yes. Time passes, while RPA tries to interpret an empty script and start the debugger. After which, the state of the recorder button is still "Stop Recording".
Any recommendations as to what else I should be checking?
