James,
There is no direct functionality in Blueworks Live to produce the view that you describe. The information is available via the API or excel exports. I have some clients that use these extracts to produce this sort of view in reporting tools external to Blueworks Live.
This would be a good requirement to raise in IBM's
Ideas portal.
For the second part of your question. Clicking on the little tri-fold icon next to a business owner property will display all of the processes/activities where that business owner is referenced. This can be seen in the display (not edit) view of a Blueprint or in the Glossary. This list can be exported as a spreadsheet. This data can also be retrieved via the
"glossary-values" API.

Subject: Library structure - how to view by Function
Hi there,
It would be great to know how to set up our Processes so as to be able to have a Library view by Function (defined byour Swimlanes / Paticipiants / Business Owners). Is the an easy way to view the library by function and also by Business owner.
Also where we have cross-functional processes would we be able to search for whoever is defined as the overall owner or indeed joint owners?
Many thanks
James
