Latency while logging to TSM from OnDemand

    Good morning,

    we are experiencing an issue since many days (qnd a restart of the server) on our OnDemand environments :

    whichever way we are using to retrieve a document (arsdoc get, ODWEK retrieve, Web user interface), OnDemand takes a long time (~5'30'' opposite to a few milliseconds before) to first connect to TSM archive storage.

    Once connected and retrieved the 1st document, all the followings are retrieved very quickly (in a few milliseconds).

    Has anybody an idea on which setup (Ondemand ? system ?) may have been degraded to introduce this latency ?
