    Kevin, I suspect this could happen if the network policy was updated and the required endpoints are no longer accessible. Please check if all of the domains are still working: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/rpa/23.0?topic=client-prerequisites-install#api-requests-to-ibm-rpa-domains-and-https-communication

    api server was down!

    Try to restart botapi ws

    secureapi ws

     website on iis

    you can check current status of you credentials is "invalid credential"!

    get logs and submit case for ibm, that is unstable status of rpa server
