Some of our users despite explicit permissions on ICN searches cannot view "Cross" Repository Searches.

They can view all the single repository but none of the Cross Repository. 

I have been over the ICN settings and have not find anything that would help identify/resolve the issue. 

Hi Yasir, a few items to troubleshoot.  

1. Have user execute search on object store A on the same class(es) you will have in cross object store search. 
2. Repeat on object store B, this verifies they have access to Object store, classes and they see results.
3. Create or use your existing cross-object store search, use the same classes in the first two test steps. For troubleshooting it may help to use a new cross repository search instead of existing template.  Save the cross object search in a test folder ensure the user has permissions to folder and search.
4. Under admin credentials can you see the search and execute? 
5. Using test account or have user test can they do the same? 
6. Double check your ICN settings regarding cross object store search for the desktops the user is accessing.
