Decision Management (ODM,ADS)

I have the Rules working on my local machine with localhost as my target server. Is there a document on how to setup ODM on an another server (ex: Dev or QA) and deploy the rules to that server as the target server?

Then you have 2 options:

1) 
You declare the different RES servers in RD https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/odm/8.12.0?topic=services-deployment-configurations and DC  https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/odm/8.12.0?topic=console-managing-servers
Then you deploy to the servers of your choice.

2) You deploy only to a repository RES server and then you propagate this deployment to other instances of RES. It is the recommended approach since you are only building the ruleset once in this case and reusing the ruleapp generated.
