Yes, we still have IDM customers. But, in general, I don't recommend that you do the upgrade project at this stage.
If you have not talked to IBM technical sales team for a while, you should do so.
Please open support case, we can discuss more.

Subject: RE: FileNet IDM 3.3.3
IDM Desktop certainly works in 64bit machines in the 32bit subsystem, as can be seen in
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/how-install-ibm-filenet-idm-desktop-403-windows-7-64-bit
My first question would be if the standard Find app and die Viewer work out of the box. If that does not work we need not look further... that is a prerequisite.

Whops: Now I realized you mentioned V3.3. My father is 94 years old an he looks young compared to that version. There is no way it would run under 64 bit.
On the other hand it cannot be an important application being so ancient!

Subject: FileNet IDM 3.3.3
We have very old vb6 project which is using filenet IDM components i think 3.3 version. Recently we migrated that vb6 app to vb.net windows application.
Now we are getting the below exception on IDM component initialization. (IDMErrorManager and IDMUtilities.ImageConvertor)
Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {7008EA70-8EBE-11D1-B6F6-00609705F027} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)).
I tried to register the Ocx files and dlls available with us. But still facing same error.
Can we use this IDM version in 64-bit machine with .Net application? Or does this need upgrade?
if we want to upgrade to latest version of filenet IDM, what is the process needs to be followed. Could you please help me on this. Thanks.
